The Road Traffic Accident Simulation System has been developed to train and enhance the operational preparedness of Iranian Red Crescent Society personnel in managing road traffic accidents. The system simulates a wide variety of road environments and accident scenarios, enabling trainees to practice emergency response procedures in a safe and immersive virtual environment.
In each training scenario, instructors can configure environmental conditions and accident types, while trainees assume the role of a first responder and carry out essential rescue operations, including securing the accident scene, assessing casualties, requesting emergency personnel and equipment, and coordinating the safe evacuation and transfer of injured individuals.

• Definition of various variables, including accident type, weather conditions, road type, vehicles involved, time of the incident, and casualties.
• Execution of various missions, including securing the scene, assessing the incident, and selecting the appropriate equipment and emergency response personnel.
• Assessment of casualties' condition and provision of initial first aid.
• Requesting emergency response personnel and equipment, and transporting casualties to evacuation vehicles.
